Registration

Throughout my years I have had many, many different experiences. Some were good, some were bad, some made me laugh, other's made me cry, at times I cried from the immense joy I felt, some made me cry from the sorrow and pain I experienced. I've felt Joy, Pain, Heartache, Love, Anger, Rage, Helplessness, Sorrow. I've been at my best and felt like I could do anything and other times I've felt I was at my lowest point and things couldn't possibly get worse. The one thing that these all have in common, that I didn't realize at the time, is they were all leading me to the same present, the same thought that began nagging in the background of my subconscious. What is the purpose of this existence? What exactly is the meaning of this thing we call Life? What am I missing, what are we, missing? A few years ago I began to take a hard look around and I began to really see that, there is a large piece of something that should be there, but is not. Not only within myself, but a vast majority as well. I guess over time the way of life we've grown accustomed to has pushed our true essence to the back of our thought processes. We are not merely animals but many are living as such, in the sense that we have become complacent and are not attempting to fulfill a greater purpose. We have become okay with settling for the mediocrity of just living this, human existence. We are okay with not knowing where we come from, though many believe they do because of what we have been told and taught. If those lessons hold true, then we are in fact no different than animals, just a different species. But we are not, there is something much bigger, that sets us apart and we have forgotten, grown comfortable with not wanting to remember. We have hit a plateau as a whole because of it. Thus, is the reason I am here today and if you are reading this, so are you. To unravel our origins for understanding and rise again, lest we remain as we are and come to an untimely end as many have before us.
